Soldering Iron Adjustable Temperature Digital Display

This compactly designed soldering iron is ideal for beginners and professional use. Soldering temperature can be performed and adjusted from the control buttons (+ and -) within the range of 200°C – 500°C (392 °F – 932 °F). Interchangeable iron-plated tips are also available in our store to enhance the soldering station’s suitability for electronic and electric applications.

Operating:

1. Clean the parts to be joined.
2. Clean the soldering iron tip and “tin” all faces of the tip with a coating of solder.
3. Heat parts (not solder) to be joined.
4. Apply flux-core solder to heated parts, not till solder meets soldering tip, and heat it until solder melts and flows freely.

Caution:

• When the soldering iron is plugged in for the first time, smoke may come out from the tip end. The smoke stops after a while, and it does not recur.
• Use a soldering stand and other aids to avoid burnt fingers.
• Avoid pulling the soldering iron and other aids to prevent burnt fingers.
• After finishing, clean the longer-life tip face. Do not file the long-life tip face, and avoid applying too much solder unnecessarily.
